Property Access
- While staying at the home, guests have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest.
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

- All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Fees and Payments
- Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.

- Cancellations: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of creation will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Call for special prices on last minute availability and for extended stays.
- Guests returning to Hucklebeary Cabin may receive a 5% discount, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
Parking Information
- Free parking available onsite.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November–March. Chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
- Kitchen basics provided: basic dishes & silverware, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, cooking basics, and cooking space.
- Laundry basics provided: clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board & iron.
- There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one night, or maybe two.

- High-speed internet is available. Some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
